Public Public Partnerships A Public Public Partnership is between a school district and other city or county agencies. Another Public Public Partnership would be between a public charter school and a school district.
Partnerships among and between public entities usually require special agreements that are developed and approved by the bodies that govern the particular agency--boards of education, city councils, county boards, as well as the executives of the agencies involved at the time of the developments and agreements.
